[C2] Glossary: terms are not clickable in LP nor in Exercises

The glossary tool work to add words and export as tested in issue #6722

But then it is not usable in documents nor in exercises.

In the platform settings we have :

So with this configuration the terms should automatically appear clickable in the LPs and in the exercises when they appear but it does not.

Fot the setting "Show glossary terms in documents" there is the option "Show glossary in documents is manual". In C1 when selecting this option a new icon was available in the ckeditor text edition to be able to generate the link between the text and the glossary. This is not available in Chamilo 2 with tinyMCE and should be reimplemented.

The manual asignation of words from the glossary means that we have to create a plugin for tinyMCE to be able to do this asignation. This is a lot of work and we are not sure the manual asignation is really necesary.
THe automatic recognition of words in LP and is exercise has to be done, so @christianbeeznest can already work on this part but we wait for your confirmation for the manual asignation part.

Yes, actually the manual assignation was developed before the automatic assignation, which is easier and usually enough for all users. So, to me, we could do only the automatic assignation and avoid the development of a TinyMCE plugin.

This also means that we need to (in a future Chamilo version) remove the option of making the terms appearing in the documents with a manual action. @NicoDucou can you create an issue for that, for 3.0?
