It was noted in the Maintainer meeting this week that there were some broken links. One was due to an outdated resource but another was due to a renamed file (guide/index.html -> instructor-notes.md)

fishtree-attempt/python-ecology-lesson-es#2

I will add this to datacarpentry/python-ecology-lesson-es.R before the February deadline
