Viewer File Exporter: Format an Empty Array Where Manual Input is Required

Human-readable continuities currently don't generate in CalChart, and need to be entered into the continuity file by hand. Since we're going to pass the manual work over to Stunt, the template viewer files that are generated by CalChart should more clearly outline the format for entering the manual information.
