Normal at given cartesian point

I am searching for a solution to convert lat/long to WGS84 cartesian with x, y z, and normal outputs (normal of the local tangent plane at this point).

I can easily do the geographic / cartesian transform but I don't see any API for computing the normal.
Is there a way to get it computed ?
