앱의 프로세스가 실행되고 있지 않거나( 콜드 스타트 ) 활동이 생성되지 않은 상태에서( 웜 스타트 ) 사용자가 앱을 실행할 때 보여주기 위함이다.
이런 단순한 일을 위해서 Activity가 생성되는 것이 비효율적이라고 생각해서 다른 방법을 생각해보았다.
