Make client library snippets runnable #455
Description
Currently the code used to generate the language specific snippets is not run. This is a large source of errors and bugs in the docs (I suspect by far the most common bug in the docs).
We should change the code so they can be run and verified for correctness programatically.
This will fix issues such as #454
Would also help with implementing #451
