How are the CNF values calculated?

Hello,
I'm learning about the CAN bus with this library. I'm wondering how you calculated the values for CNF1, CNF2, CNF3 for all the bitrates and clock speed?

From the MCP2515 data sheet, CNF1 encodes SJW (Synchronization Jump Width) and BRP (Baud Rate Pre-Scaler).
CNF2 encodes PHSEG1 and PRSEG; CNF3 encodes PHSEG2.

So you're really talking about 5 different variables (and more!) encoded into 3 registers.
