open-webui run pip when installing this package

when pacman -S install this package, it run venv and pip to install open-webui wheel files, that should not happen

also, after it finish the venv install, it give me a warn

sed：-e 表达式 #1，字符 31：“s”的未知选项

then, when I remove this package, it doesn't delete the /opt/open-webui, and the open-webui user and open-webui group are not deleted too
