A GitHub-App granting GitHub-Actions-Pipelines permissions for bypassing branch-protection-rulesets.

It is actually a workaround, as it is (as of 2025-04-16) not possible to grant such permissions to default auth-tokens provisioned to GitHub-Action-Runs (see).

The permissions granted/requested are kept to a minimum for the aforenamed purpose.
