Apply Code Changes doesn't work on Windows since NB25

Hi, I got a strange problem on a Windows machine with a bigger project.

Since NetBeans 25 the "Apply Code Changes" Feature isn't working on many classes. Also not on the new NB26.

When I add a simple "System.out.println("hello world");" few classes reloads it, but the most can't reload it.

I receive the message "The virtual machine does not support this operation: delete method not implemented".

It's strange thing is, that with NetBeans 24 the same code change was reloading.

What I tried before:

• Created a a new small project. But it seems that this project has no issues, the classes reload was successfully.
• I thought it could be a JVM problem and downloaed OpenJDK 21. Tested again the bigger Project, classes doesn't reload.

Do you have any other ideas how I can find out what the real problem is?
