unexpected re connection occurs when there are 3 participants in the room and two of them leaves the room very quickly one after another.

Environment

Steps to reproduce

1. Join the Conference from Android SDK
2. Join 2 Clients in same room from the browser.
3. after the streams are displayed in android side click on leave room on both of the browser client immediately one after another.
4. This will trigger re connection

Expected behavior

reconneciton should not be triggered

Actual behavior

it triggers reconnection
