Error when ansys-tools-path is not recent enough

🐞 Description of the bug

I installed ansys-geometry-core and executed my script.
I received errors that I could not understand.
When discussing with a developer, I have been told that ansys-tools-path was not recent enough.
Either it should be installed at the same time or user should get an understandable message that he ought to update ansys-tools-path. I suppose it could happen for other libraries as well

Run a geo script with a older version of ansys-tools-path

Hi @derfmy - thanks for opening this issue!

Could you provide us with the errors you were getting so that we can make them more understandable? If ansys-tools-path is already available in your environment, pip won't attempt to install it. This is the most probable reason for your failure.

We can work on throwing a warning to the user in case the message is not easily understandable.
