withDevTools is not working with the new NgRx Events plugin

I don't see any glaring errors, but I also don't see any accurate information. State updates don't show up. The state itself is wrong - only seeing a small subset of the state, etc.

Are there special setup requirements for using withDevTools with the new Events feature, or is it simply not supported?
