ProductCondition implements only 16 of 42 Preformance attributes

From the 42 attributes in PerformanceandDurability, only 16 are implemented by ProductCondition.

Many of them are required by DIN90100 and BatteryPass Long List,

I checked the README.md and did not find any mention about this.

Thus, I wonder which is the reason of this?, and how should we manage the required ones?.
