Description
What should be on the top level? Should there be top-level backend directory? And what about simulations? What are the dependencies (analysis, simulations, backend apps - currently, simulations are within backend apps and analysis is not integrated)? As a part of the refactoring, we should create a project structure diagram and put it to our wiki.
