Extra linebreaks on implementation details page

See http://wp-api.org/internals/implementation.html. Looks like the linebreaks are being converted to breaks in HTML (`<br />`). This could possibly be from the [recent update to Kramdown](https://github.com/blog/1867-github-pages-now-runs-jekyll-2-2-0)?
