feat(auth): improve account management and deduplication

- Add automatic email capture from dashboard auth callback
- Add organization ID (org_id) for reliable account deduplication
- Fix duplicate account entries on re-authentication
- Enable assistant updates via raw JSON (--json or --file flags)
- Remove redundant label field in favor of direct email display

Breaking changes: None (backward compatible)
