[invoiceninja] Update guide for Invoice Ninja 5.x / PHP 8

Hi,

Invoice Ninja just pushed a new Version and made a complete Rework of the project.

The old Guide of the stable version 4.5 going to be outdatet soon:

would be nice to have a new guide on the latest Installation package and maybe a bit details for a good upgrading way if you already have the "old" 4.5.2 version installed.
The problem here is that you need a complete new installation on the same uberspace (if you dont want to switch) to immigrate the old version to the new one.

There is currently an open pull request #912. As soon as this is merged I might go ahead and try to setup v5 and update the guide accordingly.

But I think to have a clean install it might be the best idea to get a new uberspace and migrate according to the official guide. It willl also ensure you are not ending up with mixed cronjobs etc.

Is there an update available? I was trying to install Invoice Ninja, but not being a developer/admin I couldn't get it running.

I've tried installing v5 using https://forum.invoiceninja.com/t/install-invoice-ninja-v5-on-enterprise-linux-8/4293#installing-invoiceninja-v5-24, omitting steps not necessary on Uberspace. Everything seems to be working fine, I can configure the application in my browser and the database connection test is successful. However, when I try to save the config, I get a 500 internal server error. Invoice Ninja's storage/logs/laravel.log then tells me that this is because Invoice Ninja seems to completely ignore the database settings I just configured and successfully tested, instead trying to use the user name ninja. For now, I'll mark this guide as broken. Maybe @tilldeeke as the original guide's author would like to take another shot at this?
