seems to be chrome specific

this isn't chrome-specific, as i use microsoft edge, and the first test took 0.15 seconds, while the second one takes 0.18 seconds, but microsoft edge and chrome use the same base for the browser, as well as other browsers like brave, so this is most likely either something to do with the base of chrome (I think its called Chromium, I dont know) or something to do with the compiler or turbowarp
