This repository is related to https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/654632v1 and contains the scripts used to process and QC the sequencing data from ATAC-seq, ChM-seq and RNA-seq experiments in regulatory T cells (Tregs). It also includes scripts for genotype QC and imputation, for QTL identification and for colocalization analysis between Treg QTLs and immune variants.
