front_page_instructions_after not updated by LookAndFeel editor nor does its contents display in V4.3.1 #2093
Description
The contents of managed_configuration where name = 'front_page_instructions_after' does not display on the front page nor does it display in the Settings > Application Settings > LookAndFeel > 'Front Page Instructions (after button)' edit box.
