@Tfausx, hello. It is quite unlikely I could do the tools. Currently, I have a very little time on my hands, being torn between work and research. Still, you may post here the script's samples and the archive's samples, so I can evaluate how much time would be needed for that.

As for recommendations... Well, personally I have not experience with the engine, but I can recommend you some of my articles about the engines' scripts, archive, their packing or unpacking tools. Alas, Russian only, but may come in handy. You may find them in that site (about 24 of them). You may want to check "ИСВН" and "ИДВН" series and catalogues.
