Network - Can't ping FQDN

Hi !

In my project I would like to ping ipv4 but also FQDN. The first part work well but not with FQDN.

Here on the left a terminal generated with flutter, on the right a basic terminal launched with windows terminal.

Do you have any idea why I can't ping this kind of adress ?
