feature: pure JS fallback / WebAssembly interpreter flow #1159

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some browser configurations disable WebAssembly. I thought it would be easy to support in #1151, but it's much more of an ordeal than I thought and will require a lot of hacking and work in order to support things properly.
Solution you would like.
Make the Anubis WASM work when the environment disables webassembly.
