Description

Kinda in the vein of #678, it would be nice for the user to have the ability to modify existing or create custom keyboard shortcuts within the application.

One that comes to mind is something like CTRL+ScrollwheelUp/CTRL + ScrollWheelDown. In the thumbnail area, this could be used to control the drop-down that sets the preview thumbnail size.
