Change casing from CLI and from GUI doesn't work the same?

Hi,

When using GUI -> Tools -> Change Casing it promts for names in the names dictionary where you get to pick which to keep and which to change.

When calling "Redo Casing" from CLI it doesn't seem to take the names dictionary in account at all?

Is there some way to enable the names dictionary when calling the CLI command "Redo Casing"?
