Multiple videos

Is it possible to add multiple videos at once, and create subtitle from such a group?
For example, we first see a window in which we can import and arrange videos in order we want, and then they are imported just like one video would be, so we can create subtitle from that?

This is useful for multiple reasons - we can create subtitles for Adobe Premiere and Davinci Resolve, for cutting the silence out, and speed up video editing process.
