My advice would be to use MKVToolNix to create Matroska containers. |

Hello, I'm the same Brazilian woman who answered your other post. .mkv is annoying, it doesn't accept many things, but you can do it the right way. Save your subtitles separately. Don't merge the video file with the subtitles in SE. It needs to be the right audio with the right subtitles. SE doesn't do these functions well. Use MKV Toolnix. There, you put the original video, uncheck what you don't want, put other files inside. You can put several subtitle formats, several audio formats, 2 or more subtitle tracks, audios, and whatever else appears. You can remove what is unnecessary. It doesn't accept some files, like Microsoft, for example, .wav and others. But it's the best program for this. As I told you in the answer to your other post, I use about 10 programs to exchange the result I want in the end. |

Um abraco! Thanks again! What kind of videos are you actually creating? Are some of them on Youtube? On a side note: your profile image is AI-generated. |

I created subtitles, and clicked "Create video with embedded subtitles" and there included the path to the SUB subtitle file in this window (see screenshot below). But the resulting MPB video is always just 2 Kb in size, too short, nothing to see. It should be 27 minutes long. I am new to it, I am sure the mistake is on my side. Advises welcome, thanks.
