Adding capability of handling models with control inputs

I was looking through the documentation and realized there was no implementation for creating a ESN model with control inputs. Wanted to also do a PR for this if it isn't already in the works (or if I somehow missed it).

This sounds like a great idea. I don't think it's already in the works.
