Error with iOS

I tried with the waveshare app for IOS but I always get an error « target lost ».
I don’t have an android phone to test.

I tried with an iPhone 13 Pro and an iPhone 16 Pro with slightly different result:

• IPhone 13: Nothing is display on phone side
• IPhone 16: There is a progress to 100% but the it fails.

Facing the same issue on iOS 17.6.1 on iPhone 13: at 100% I get the « target lost » error when using WaveShare app. Any news on this?

@matsvandamme I'll do my best with it, but unfortunately I don't have any IOS devices right now, I'll try to ask some friends to provide me sniffer logs. Anyway from upper log privded by @fmatray (by thae way thanks for log 😄) I see this, which looks strange

Config received means that phone provided a config package to us and we were able to parse it and find out what screen was choosen. But after that for some reason phone sends Halt command and disables the field, which leads to the error Target lost.
Why apk on IOS does so? Maybe it wants some sort of ACK message from tag and if this message is wrong it stops transmission.
Further investigation will uncover what happens

@matsvandamme you need proxmark in order to sniff transmissions between FZ and phone, do you have it?

Greetings! We did some internal testing and on ios 17.6.1 on 14 pro I was not able to even use the app on an actual waveshare display, so I assume issues are on their side of things

Their = waveshare app on iOS. It has 1 star rating, unfortunately. However I submitted logs for flipper interaction sniffed via px3, hopefully that helps resolve it

I believe the issues have been resolved as I am now able to succesfully emulate and load an image to FZ via NFC. Other people have had positive experiences lately?
