Pickling solvation groups

I am not sure how to reproduce this bug in the master branch but this is currently an issue for the scoop branch. When I run the liquid_phase example, I get the error below right after RMG tries to save database pickle file:
AttributeError: 'SolvationDatabase' object has no attribute 'libraries''
