Make a standard dashboard for mas_results

To quickly check the results of a mas simulation, it would be nice if all modules could take responsibility for their own result display.
The modules should provide a visualization functions for their results, just like they provide get_results and cleanup results.
These are optional, but simulator and agentlogger should have them.
