Newbie questions

1. Is there a way to set Monday as the first day of the week? (Also ideally YYYY-MM-DD dddd date format in tooltips.)
2. I have old completed tasks showing up in the Past due section of the Forecast window. How can I hide them? (I've been using Tasks in this vault with the Dataview format.) I tried setting the filter on the top to Status is not DONE, but it's probably not the right way to phrase it bc that didn't do anything.
