Follow Up or Outcome notes

today i saw that you support a thing called "context" but could not find an explanation on the docs what this is.
for ever i am looking for a way to log outcomes from tasks and follow up tasks.

task: call peter about x. -> outcome: peter did not answer his phone ->follow-up: task: call peter again

task: clean flat -> flat clean -> plumbing needs fixing

these are horrible examples, but for documentation sometimes if really would like to write some info or link a file that has notes of a meeting task etc

any way of doing this with your tool?
