Swagger upload end-point doesn't allow to upload an artifact

Steps to reproduce the problem

From #1243 I could improve Swagger documentation but it doesn't appear artifact field in the BODY of the Request. So we can't upload a File and the upload end-point just fails.

What is the expected behavior?

It would be nice if we could add the possibility to include the File to make the call work through Swagger.
