This PR updates the README to accurately reflect the new policies that have been added to GOPAL, particularly in the international and industry-specific categories.

Changes Made

Directory Structure Updates

  • Added Brazil to international frameworks
  • Enhanced NIST description to reflect complete AI RMF 1.0 implementation
  • Updated India description to include Digital India Policy
  • Added education industry vertical
  • Reorganized industry_specific section alphabetically

New Detailed Sections

  • International Regulatory Frameworks: Detailed breakdown of each framework including NIST's four core functions (GOVERN, MAP, MEASURE, MANAGE)
  • Industry-Specific Policies: Comprehensive description of each industry vertical, with special focus on the new education sector policies
  • Recent Additions: New section highlighting the latest policy additions to help users understand what's new
