to the implementor:
sources most likely will be polled based (there are webhooks, but not a way to programmatically create them)
with one exception, all actions are available in the rest api. to send order to refersion uses an incoming webhook, there is a sample PHP code and the url to post to on https://www.refersion.dev/reference/webhook-tracking
