Allow users to visualize a list of sagas instead of being required to start from a list of messages #2690

Is your feature related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the only way to visualize a saga diagram when the feature is enabled at the endpoint level is to start from one of the messages in the audited message list. It requires knowing the messages affecting the specific saga the user is looking for.
Describe the requested feature
It would be useful if ServicePulse could list sagas and allow searching for those for which data is stored in ServiceControl.
