File structure is still a common pitfall

Worked on this a bit after it was mentioned in #14, but a lot of people still had problems moving files around and keeping the directory structure consistent.

Lots of things like

• Moving the file but not changing the path in the editor, so it saved to the old place.
• Not noticing the CSS file was in a different directory so no style loaded.
• Keeping everything on the desktop (admittedly most people started out on the desktop but fixed things up after that.)

I'm not entirely sure how to go about avoiding these pitfalls. Maybe some screenshots of "good practice" layouts? Harder to skip over than simple text instructions.
