Plugin for PDF Processing Engine is not supported in Langchain ChatOpenAI

I have tried to configure the PDF Processing Engine Plugin in the langchain ChatOpenAI, because of the OpenAI wrapper does not the custom plugin keyword in model_kwargs & top level declaration.
