OpenRouter provider params do not includes all avaiable options

For example: https://openrouter.ai/deepseek/deepseek-r1/providers has different providers "Fireworks" and "Fireworks Basic" that has 4x difference in price

But we have no option to select Fireworks Basic provider (https://openrouter.ai/docs/features/provider-routing#json-schema-for-provider-preferences)

This will affect a lot of tools, for example RooCode (RooCodeInc/Roo-Code#1919 (comment))

I encountered the same problem when working with the API.
Only providers from enum are available in the order field. Thus, all requests that contain providers not from enum (but from the list of model providers) fail with a validation error.
It is not clear from the documentation that you can only select a certain part of the providers. Can you remove this limitation or correct the documentation?
