If browsing users in role - enable clicking on user to see that user's page

And vise versa: when browsing roles of a user - enable going to that role's page.

Navigate to a role in the tab Access Roles, which has users. Click on the first tab "Users with this role" and the rows are not clickable. They should and link the user details page, which can be found when you click on the "Users" tab in the home screen and click on a user.

• Clickable rows of users in the user overview of a role (both "Users with this role" and "Role managers and inviters")
• Clickable "details' on the roles cards in the overview of a user

@MarliesRikken , should a role manager be allowed to see the details of a user. Or should it be limited to instiution admins?

For example: RoleManager can see the users for his role. Should this row be clickable to see the user details?
