As a Service, I want an API to get a list of roles for a specific institution for my Service, so that I can show a role-picker in my application

SURFdomeinen would like to use SURFconext invite to manage roles that can manage individual domains or groups of domains.

They would like to show a role-picker to allow org-admins to easily see which roles are available for their organisation and pick the correct role without leaving the SURFdomeinen application.

To do that, it would be nice to have an API which can be queried real-time and which returns a list of all applicable roles for the organisation.

It could be similar to /api/external/v1/roles except that it should only return the roles for a specific organisation.

@MarliesRikken If the GET endpoint /api/external/v1/roles is called with an API token created by an institution admin the returned roles are scoped / limited to the organisation of the API token. The pagination parameters, which are optional, are ignored in this case. The requested functionality is thus already available.
