We have several variations through-out: "Board of Directors Policy" or "Board Directors policy" or "Directors policy"...
I suggest Find & Replace the above with "Directors Policy" if this policy affects employees with the title "Director" otherwise "Board of Directors Policy" if it just affects those on the board.
