BSA is meant to use an area APC to fire from, on a custom shutttle it has infinite power as the apc does not exist, but shuttles have infinite power.

It can fire so fast that it can literally kill megafauna instantly

"technically" closed by #9285 , the whole infinite power thing isnt solved, but the spam firing is. Maybe looking for something to do about shuttle BSAs is wise, but for now, *shrug
