Specification

When the matrixai-lint command is typed, it should be able to take in a glob pattern and shellcheck patterns to perform linting on those patterns specifically.

Additional context

Tasks

  1. Allow for configurable glob patterns for ESLint
  2. Allow for configurable shellcheck patterns for shellcheck linting
