Fix Maslow Bot being able to talk to copilot

We recently moved this repo into an organization and seemingly broke our bot user MaslowBot being able to talk to copilot.

Here you can see an example of that happening where copilot doesn't respond: #156

How can we fix it so that copilot will respond to the user MaslowBot there?
