Re-create Connect UBI Image #436
Description
Maintain separate UBI and alpine images for different environments. Resurrect the previous Connect Dockerfile and build that as connect for OpenShift environments. Also build connect-alpine for non-OpenShift. Modify build process to build and push both images.
