Logo and Background Image Retained

Once the main icon for "My Page" and the background pic for the theme are changed, they can't be changed/uploaded a newer file. It keep coming back to the original first uploaded option.

This is most likely a caching issue. Please check the uploaded image on your server to check if it did upload correctly.
