Support for the regions #772

Description of Feature
It would be nice if support for worldguard regions was added, not just world
It would be possible to do tasks like, walk 500 bars on the spawn, find some blocks on the spawn
Dig up X blocks that renew themselves periodically on a specific region

A loose suggestion, I'm refreshing the tasks and trying to do everything the best I can ;D And it looks pretty cool already
